cloning the micro

Hi Group,
Is it not possible to j-tag or by some other method, clone the micro of a working box and reflash to a disabled boxes micro?
Is the security on these chips (Dallas 5002) to good to crack?
Maybe it is possible on the older cablecrypt boxes if the micro's program area can be unlocked?

This is a very difficult thing to do because the company which broadcasts the encrypted signals(channels) changes keys all the time and the decoder uses a spesial algorithm (irtedo) that produce the right key from the broadcasted signal.
