I have a comcrypt 4000 decoder with board number 3111.173.36133
When I turn it on it start flasing E6 for 10 second and then stops. Any suggestions ?

bad news man ,
see the manual E6-E10 numbers flashing on the decoder screen means internal fault u got to change it to a new decoder nothing can be done sorry

from the scart vcr i think you have output.... give it a try.. but only the first channel ..because the cpu is off and you cant have control.. if you are not satisf. then try to unlock it
